Review from someone who has attended classes here 4-5 times a week for a few years: Pros: a clean sanitary environment. Instructors are on time and classes range throughout the majority of the day. The workout itself is extremely challenging and you will see a difference overtime in muscle gains and posture improvement. Cons: choreography has gotten a bit out of hand with very difficult moves not suited for a novice. I’ve noticed various members getting injuries - lots of shoulder and knee problems.
