I would not recommend this location. I canceled my membership, but they continue to charge me. I’ve sent multiple texts and stopped by in person, but no one is ever at the front desk, and instructors just say they’re too busy. I’ve gotten no follow-up and no help. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Marisol was extremely discriminating and rude ! She makes snarky remarks just because I wasn’t performing something correctly . Also in the second class I took I arrived at the in the parking lot but LITERALLY the clock turned to 8:01 as I touched the door. She was SO rude with the words she was using. like. If you have a strict policy that’s chill. However talking to customers in the most demeaning and outrageous tone is just sad. get a life and a husband marisol.
I had the opportunity to drop in on a Define class while visiting, my experience was great. Highly recommend taking a class here!
