Loved Pure Barre originally but the customer service went down hill, unfortunately, once I was no longer able to continue classes (per the strong recommendation of a doctor). I provided a doctor’s note to the manager and requested a refund for the upcoming month and she told me she would look into it. Now it’s been a month, haven’t heard anything regarding the refund despite email and calls with no call back/email response. I cant say enough positive things about this studio. I have so much fun doing the Pure Barre routine it doesn’t even feel like I’m working out. I look forward to coming here and I can never say that about a “gym” before. The instructors are so great and professional and nice!
