Recently rejoined Pure Barre after several years away and I love this location! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the instructors. Multiple class formats offered daily and very clean.
The Pure Barre (Cherokee Park) studio has truly been life-changing for me. From the moment you walk in, you feel supported, welcomed, and encouraged, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. The instructors are exceptional: knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in every person in the room. I went as a free pass with my friend for her 250th workout (🎉) and it was fun! The instructor was really nice and talked to me before and after and made me feel welcome. The workout was the cardio Empower workout and it definitely got my heart rate up. Got a good shoulder and leg workout in too. I had to modify a lot starting about halfway through the class, more of a me problem than anything. I really dont have anything bad to say about the instructor or facility.
