Great teacher, great moves and challenging
UPDATE! I've been going here for over a year, and at 40 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life! The workouts and the teachers are the best. Such a positive environment! I'm obsessed. I just renewed my membership for another year :) I did the 10 classes for the price of 5 and blew through them in 2 weeks! The classes are challenging and fun. The instructors are motivating and have great energy. The other people in class are welcoming and nice. I feel AMAZING after the workouts and I'm now hooked!
