I've been here for almost 600 classes now and I absolutely love it!!!
I’ve been going here for about a year and a half and have loved every burning minute! Great teachers who help you perfect form and always keep class different and exciting!
Excellent work out and many different class “types.” Empower and Define are my favorites but there is not a bad choice offered! I know I’m going to leave feeling accomplished after every class. Plus everyone there is so friendly and encouraging!
