I hadn't exercised since high school. Came off the couch to the intro class. Told myself the whole time in the intro class "i'm never doing this again". As soon as it was done i couldn't wait to book the next class, then the next, and quickly became an unlimited member. I absolutely love this Pure Barre location in Winter Garden! It is such a supportive and positive group of instructors, and I always leave feeling energized and supported. The instructors and front desk staff remember us all by name (somehow!) which goes along way to make people feel valued. A great place for working out! Thank you!
I joined PureBarre three years ago, and it has changed my life! I am stronger and more flexible. I love the workout and people. I actually enjoy exercising now and look forward to coming! It sets my day. I meet new friends and catch up with old ones. This is a community of sweet people. There are lots of middle-aged, non-dancer people who come.
