I highly recommend Pure Barre- Appleton! I joined about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made! Pure Barre has an amazing community that supports each other in their fitness goals. I have never been more motivated to go exercise!
Friendly, fun, encouraging. I love the personal touches, the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of the classes. I've been trying to find my space in the workout community and this fits my schedule, as a busy mom of 2 active kiddos. The different formats allow for variety and challenge. The ability to modify movements as needed for injuries and abilities is great. The teachers are approachable and personable. Classes are fun, challenging and motivating. I love PBA.
