Pure Barre West Omaha is the only workout that I’ve consistently looked forward to. I started at a previous location and fell in love with the classes, and I was heartbroken when it shutdown. The toning and strengthening results I’ve seen from Pure Barre are unlike any other workout I’ve done before. I describe this type of movement by saying “It kicks your ass by moving an inch at a time!” The music is really fun and keeps me upbeat during class.
