I just completed my 50th class at Pure Barre Zona Rosa and I’m excited to say I have finally found an exercise that I will stick to. The classes are challenging but fun and I look forward to the next one. My body is changing and it feels good. Also a big shout out to the instructors who have been so kind and supportive.
I’ve been going to Pure Barre consistently for the past three months, and I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference in both my strength and flexibility. When I first started, some of the movements felt small but incredibly challenging—but over time, I’ve seen real progress. I’m stronger in areas I didn’t even realize needed work, and my flexibility has improved more than I expected. I absolutely love going and recommend it to everyone!!!!
Pure Barre has been such a positive addition to my life. I originally started because my grandmother battled Parkinson’s, and watching her journey made me realize how important it is to take care of my body—especially strengthening my core and doing what I can to stay strong and healthy for as long as possible.
