The classes were okay… definitely not up to my par of fitness, I workout daily and lift. I did these classes for something light on my off days also between my busy travel schedule. I must warn you!!!!! They will not stop calling and harassing you!! Working out should be enjoyed. Not pushed and harassed. I have 4 gym memberships. I don’t need someone in worse shape than me calling me to come to their gym while I’m at a different gym getting an adequate workout for my body. I’m not big on leaving bad reviews. I absolutely love this place.
I absolutely loved my Saturday morning class at 8am. Highly recommended to get your weekend started right! Friendly staff, amazing instructor, and clean studio! Planning to come back soon!❤️
