This studio has been such a game changer for me. I absolutely love it here and have never felt more welcome. All the instructors take the time to connect with you and interact with you and that alone is enough for me to keep coming back! After being a club Pilates member and wanting something different and a more personable experience this was exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 great owner, clean facility, and amazing people!

The classes were okay… definitely not up to my par of fitness, I workout daily and lift. I did these classes for something light on my off days also between my busy travel schedule. I must warn you!!!!! They will not stop calling and harassing you!! Working out should be enjoyed. Not pushed and harassed. I have 4 gym memberships. I don’t need someone in worse shape than me calling me to come to their gym while I’m at a different gym getting an adequate workout for my body. I’m not big on leaving bad reviews.
