Very welcoming environment! The classes are fun. It is a very unique workout and I’ve done every possible kind of exercise class. I recommend Pure Barre Castle Rock to all of my friends.
Pure Barre has been the BEST opportunity to increase muscle strength and tone, as well as balance and body sculpting. The workouts are varied and easy to schedule. The instructors are not only very personable, and are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting with form for the best results! It is a fun family atmosphere and I have made special friends that keep me motivated!
This is the greatest workout I've ever done, and perfect for any age. I'm 68, but the class is easy to adapt to my abilities and Pure Barre helps me stay way more active than many of my "younger" friends. Love the owner and instructors here, too!
I found pure barre about a year ago and I’m so happy. For those who want to find a community of kind strong people this is the place to join. Everyone is positive, the hours of classes are flexible, and the instructors and hand on helpful. The change in strength and time in my body is amazing. This is the place to be if you want to stay strong and healthy.
Pure Barre has been a game changer for my fitness. The workouts target over all strength and all the little muscles in my legs and arms. I like that this studio offers early morning classes. There is a great group of women that like to work out first thing in the morning. Join us!
