As someone who has been looking for new motivation, pure barre ALWAYS exceeds expectations. The workouts are intense and dynamic, and their instructors make you feel welcome and at home. I have consistently seen amazing results in my overall strength and muscle definition after my first 10 challenge. Getting a subscription is worth it if you plan to go often, and would highly recommend if you're looking to feel the burn and also the support of group workouts!
I love Pure Barre Castle Rock! All of the instructors are wonderful. It’s a great workout and challenging in the best way. I’m on my third month and have already noticed a big improvement in my core strength after having two kids.
I absolutely love Pure Barre! Every class is an incredible workout that leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really focus on helping everyone maintain proper form. The studio atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and so positive—it truly feels like a community. The classes are challenging in the best way and perfect for building strength, flexibility, and confidence. I always look forward to coming back! it’s my favorite 50 minutes of my day!
I really enjoy the workouts at Pure Barre. The instructors are excellent, the classes are challenging but doable, and the people are friendly.
I’ve done Classic Barre and Define Barre classes. Both are challenging, excellent work outs, left me feeling sore (good sore)! . The teachers are enthusiastic and skilled, making each class fun and very worthwhile!
