I’ve been a Pure Barre member for several years. My experience has been nothing but positive. All instructors are so encouraging, motivating us to push through our workouts for the ultimate lift, tone, and burn! I definitely notice a difference mentally and physically by just going two times a week in addition to my strength training vs. when I don’t go. It’s my one 50 minutes a day where we’re all pushing through together. :)
