Great work out studio with times to accommodate everyone's schedule. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a class format -- the instructors are very helpful to show you the correct form and to provide modifications for injuries/fitness level.
I have done many different types of exercise over the years and gone to several different gyms. I have stuck with Pure Barre the longest of all of these. I love that there are different class formats and the class routines change regularly but not too quickly. There is accountability and the teachers are so encouraging and know just when to stretch you to do a little bit more.
