Fantastic!!! Summer is the best!!!
I love the variety of classes, kindness, strengthening, instructors, and community of care!
Even though I've been attending for a year and a half, each class challenges me and leaves me with sore muscles and a happy heart. The environment and all of the instructors here are so welcoming, kind, and caring, yet know how to kick your butt with a great work out.
Love the variety of classes and the fact that it has improved my core strength, toned my whole body without sweating or injuries. (and I have been into fitness my whole life!)
