I love that I can take a class almost every day and always leave feeling great. Pure Barre has not only improved my overall strength, but it's also made me a better runner and given me the balance and stability to improve as a climber. The classes are diverse, challenging, and target all muscle groups, making them an essential part of my routine and a great complement to my other hobbies. The amazing community at PB Uptown means it’s not just about moving my body but having friendships and conversations that I look forward to each week. There’s a culture of doing what your body needs and getting better with each class. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else!
