I absolutely love this place. They have the best/friendly trainers. All the staff are amazing!
I’ve been a member for three months now and have loved the classes, the instructors, and the wide range of times provided to take class. The workouts are consistent and challenging. The community has been super welcoming and the studio is so cute! As a random aside, each bathroom is stocked with hair ties, dry shampoo, tampons, and more! Little touches like that feel fun and special.
I have only done two classes so far, so I can’t give a long-term review. I just wanted to say that the staff and the instructors have been incredibly good and kind to me. They learned my physical limitations; they encourage me when I struggle; they took time to get to know about me; and they always seem thrilled to see me.
