My workout classes there are always one of the best moments of my week! I feel like it is my time to focus on my physical and also mental health and disconnect from everything else. The exercises are always challenging and I am starting to see the results after a couple of months. The instructors and staff are friendly and very caring.
I’m really disappointed with the policy here. My wife paid for a class and drove over an hour from out east to attend. She arrived just a few minutes late, and the doors were already locked with no flexibility or grace period. For the price you pay, you’d expect at least a little consideration, especially since traffic can be unpredictable. They market themselves as a community, but they lock you out of the very class you just paid for, even if you’re only a few minutes late. I fully understand that being late is on me, but is there really no grace period at all? No consideration for the premium price I paid? I just saw the one star review from the lady and her husband and some others. I have dropped in many times over the past two months and I would have to disagree with those reviews. I myself have been late and locked out of class. As a business owner and have visited different studios, PBGC upholds their policies, which I can respect. Those who are upset are those who do not understand this is a business, that you cannot show up to any fitness studio late (they do have a grace period for classic) and in improper attire expect... read more
