As a grandmother in my 60’s, I was looking for a workout focused on core strength. I wanted to improve my balance and strengthen my body building a strong foundation to sustain me as I age. The Pure Barre staff is encouraging, knowledgeable and provides instruction on modifications when needed. I love Pure Barre! I’m hoping this will be something I can continue for life!
Pure Barre Roanoke is still one of the most challenging and rewarding things I’ve committed to. Years later, I’ve come back with a new level of appreciation for the technique—it builds real strength, control, and mental resilience. The classes never get easier, you just get stronger. The instructors continue to create a welcoming, supportive environment while pushing you to your limits. I leave every class shaking, humbled, and proud. Truly one of the best investments you can make in yourself.
