I love pure barre!! I have never been a big gym person but wanted to try this for strength and mobility training and I just say I am hooked. It’s has become apart of my almost daily routine and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to start their fitness journey!
This has been my favorite workout! I love the different classes and the instructors are extremely engaging.
Great atmosphere! Friendly, encouraging, and skilled teachers. I love feeling stronger after a class!
The teachers are so friendly and helpful! They are so very encouraging! I have a great time with my fellow Barre besties, too! I always leave with a smile on my face! The PB experience is very positive all around! Goodness abounds!!! I would recommend PB Roanoke to all of my friends!
