I LOVE PB Crofton! They offer a trial class and special introductory pricing if you're unsure of taking the leap: let me tell you, just do it. You'll be glad once you see the changes in your body with better balance, muscle definition and just simply being stronger. The instructors are good about offering corrections and adjustments, if you specify. Pure Barre has been a game-changer in my life, and I'm so glad I joined in February 2024. Initially, I was nervous and shy, but after trying out my first class, I was hooked and bought a package of four classes for the month.
