I enjoy this studio and classes a lot! When the music is right and the energy is good, it is such a positive space to come and work out and leave feeling accomplished and reinvigorated. Caroline is always so attentive to little adjustments I can make to improve my technique to make my Classic classes even better, and Maddie is so encouraging when I start to feel tired in an Empower class. I love the little pure barre community I have found and enjoy the 50 minutes I get to shut off my brain and work out my body!
Too early to comment but like what I am learning and seeing. Will definetly contribute to this review soon with more videos and pics.
Attended my first class for free and loved it. I will be back for a membership. Men don’t be intimidated by being the only male in the class. You will improve your balance, flexibility, and core strength (aka your beer gut guys ). Their classes are super inexpensive too.
Great studio with great teachers. Love the class offerings. Ellie in the front is so friendly and welcoming! I love going to this place.
