I went on, just a whim taking Pure Barre foundations class not knowing a thing about it ! I signed up that night and have been so happy with it ever since. All the instructors are amazing. Learning the body and mind connection is incredible! I also love it is a head to toe exercise I go in and get it in for 50 minutes and I have my day , I no longer wander around the gym not knowing where to start! !
