Very poorly run facility. We were never told about a 30 day cancellation notice needed to cancel Upton inception of our relationship. All we was told was a 3 month commitment which we reluctantly agreed to. When we decided to cancel they told us about the 30 day cancellation policy and kept taking money out of the account even when we cancelled they still took money out for 2 months. Very unprofessional would not recommend and Findley do not do auto draft with them. Because if you cancel you will get the run around with them... read more
The instructors are exceptional, the classes are great. The workouts are varied, which keeps it interesting. I am really happy with the progress I’m making, and I know that this is an important investment in my health and wellbeing.
I love the instructors. They genuinely seem to care about the class. I have a lot of physical restrictions and every instructor has given me modifications and have been super encouraging!
