I signed up for a classic barre class through ClassPass. I drove 25 minutes to the studio. When I arrived, they told me that ClassPass made an error and that this particular class was not eligible for use with ClassPass credits. They told me they could not credit me back the credits and that I could only stay if I paid the $35 drop in fee. What a complete lack of customer service! This should have been an issue for the studio to resolve with ClassPass, not at the expense of the customer. Do better Pure Barre Bayport.
Pure Barre Bayport teachers and classes give me the strength and motivation I need to build myself a solid foundation for a healthy mind and body. The women who teach at this studio don’t just teach, they spread their love of Pure Barre with their classes and it shows! I have been out from Pure Barre for about 2 months due to a shoulder injury and I just returned to class this past Saturday with Kelly T, and it was exactly what I needed!!
