I love pure barre for strength and flexibility training! This center is very friendly and welcoming to all levels. The instructors are great and provide helpful instruction and correction on form when needed. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio. I have always been hesitant to pay for fitness but my experience at Pure Barre Davis has completely converted me it is SO WORTH IT. I signed up in my 2nd trimester looking for some motivation to get my butt moving again after a very sedentary 1st trimester, and I became absolutely hooked. Everyone at Pure Barre Davis, from instructors to barretenders to practioners were so kind to me! The facilities are excellent, professional, and clean. The workouts are very clearly crafted with a lot of thought to include all the different muscle groups and you're garunteed to get a good workout in. On top of that, we often had fun events you could join like rooftop barre on top of the local museum/art gallery, glowstick class for summer solstice, or wine bar after class that make everything so much more fun.
