This is likely the most unwelcoming Pure Barre location I’ve experienced. I’ve visited many studios across the country through ClassPass, as I travel frequently, and this one stood out for the wrong reasons. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at this location. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails—none of which were returned. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the studio by phone and left voicemails without any response. Good communication is important, so this was frustrating.
Would highly recommend this studio. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, from the owner, to the teachers and all of the members.
Joining Pure Barre was the BEST decision for me! At 68, I was losing flexibility and muscle tone but those days are over!
I have lost 3 inches in my waist & 20 pounds since starting PureBarre! Ashley (owner in PTC) is INCREDIBLE!!!
