The more intense yet rewarding workout with the best people! I’ve never felt so welcome. Every instructor is the sweetest and the workout is so good. I love how it is musically driven with a focus on mind and body connection. Pure Barre Shelby is the best!
I take class here only a few times a year when visiting family in New Baltimore. I've taken classes at many studios outside of my home network in Chicago and this studio consistently impresses me with the quality of classes and knowledge and friendliness of instructors and staff. The energy of the staff carries into the feel of class - everyone seems to know someone and is chatty and even start conversation with people they may not yet know. It’s amazing
I had my first class here a couple days ago and I loved it! I can’t wait to go back. This was my first fitness class I’d taken in a long time and I am tragically out of shape. I went from working retail on my feet to a desk job and developed dysautonomia. There was a lot I could do and a lot I was surprised I couldn’t do. The instructor and people in the class were so nice too. I’m definitely going to keep going
