Do not take classes here. I’ve had a billing issue with this location after informing management in writing that I wanted to cancel my membership. I have notified the establishment again at least four days ago and have not received a substantive response. It seems like others have had similar experiences with ownership here. When you sign up for membership please ask for copy of contract. I didn't realize I signed up for reoccurring $89/monthly payments. I didn't want a membership at all, I just thought I was trying a class. Be clear when you sign up as to what you are signing up for. I made a mistake and the owners of Pure Barre Chestnut Hill were really mean to me when I realized this and told me I was threatening them. It was very poor customer service. Addicted. If there was a 4:30 class i would be there every day
I really enjoy coming to class .Staff always greet with a smile..Enjoy the other members as well.I have met a few friends who I have become friends with. I feel comfortable and welcomed when I come to class.I am 72 years old and so proud of myself for trying to keep up with the younger members....of course not without the Staff's encouragement. Lol
