I have been a loyal member for over two years and have truly enjoyed my experience. However, I am now moving and need to cancel my membership. Despite multiple attempts, it has been made extremely difficult to do so, and my credit card continues to be charged without authorization. Who's in charge of this place??
Very disappointing management and customer service. I hope the owner becomes aware of how poorly the situation is being handled.
