Excellent studio, great instructors that correct your form. Great strength work out in all the different types of work outs and you get cardio in too.

Started pure barre and fell in love. The people there are so warm and welcoming and knows everyone by name! Helped me physically and mentally!
Pleasant surprise as i originally thought it was a dance class… 5 years later my plantar fasciitis is completely manageable and i love that there are modifications if you have injuries!
