In the 6 months I’ve been a member, I’ve built increased strength and flexibility through the variety of class offerings, with the define strength class being my favorite, and the classic barre class a close 2nd! The owner Nancy and instructors are all excellent, and passionate about their craft and the workout and ensure corrections to all members from new to elite each class. First time ever at a Pure Barre classic class today ! It was Simply superb and Abby was a great instructor !! And Marissa was awesome today She was very helpful and very knowledgeable and I signed up for a define class as well Would highly recommend !!!
Best place to reset and get the best workout! And the people are a bonus!!
