Everyone's really friendly, and the instructors are great at cueing / keeping the energy up. Not pretentious, doesn't pander to the "clean girl" aesthetic (iykyk). I've met women from all various walks of life through taking class here. The owner is super nice too; you can tell she truly loves Pure Barre.
Pure Barre is an effective, low-impact workout that delivers real results. It has helped me achieve goals that once felt out of reach while maintaining a healthy weight. The atmosphere is supportive and pressure-free, with instructors providing just the right balance of encouragement.
I take no pleasure in writing this review, but I feel obligated to share my experience to protect others, particularly PEOPLE OF COLOR, from similar treatment. I canceled my membership at this location due to repeated incidents of BLATANT AND IMPLICIT RACISM. Despite bringing these concerns to their attention and giving them an opportunity to uphold the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, no changes were made.
