I’ve been at PBG studio almost 5 years and they’re great! Teachers are very knowledgeable and it’s a great community to be a part of!
The instructors are phenomenal and I always walk away feeling like I really did something good for myself. Sometimes a guided class really helps you focus on your fitness and suppelments whatever else you are doing. I am also a sucker for their cute bracelets and socks.
