The classes are decent but they have an extremely strict late policy. If you are even 60 seconds late, you will not be allowed in the building. I have a demanding job and I don’t prefer my workout schedule to be so rigid that I miss out on a class I paid for because of 60 seconds (especially when the memberships are not cheap). I'm about 30 classes into my Pure Barre Reston journey, and as someone who was essentially starting over with fitness, I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions I've made. Around 10 classes in, I started noticing I felt stronger. By 30 classes, I can confidently hold a 90-second plank, have more energy throughout the day, and feel stronger overall. Very nice and welcoming studio! Lots of class options in the evening that work well with work schedule. Clean facility and lovely staffs - overall a great experience!
A wonderful community of people! No two workouts are the same - they fly by. I love how you can make adjustments based on your body without judgment! Wanting to build muscle in my 40s has been made possible here.
