This place is literally heaven sent! Amazing staff, great facilities, and engaging workouts. Catalina is so understanding! Jaimie is so kind. Can’t say enough good things about pure barre!
Absolutely loved the classes. It’s a great workout with a lot of great people however, when it came to buying class credits on the app, it’s been a nightmare. I paid two classes that posted on my bank account but somehow it did not reflect on my Pure Barre account. I got a notice I owed $130. When I called billing, I offered to show my bank statements that it went through. They persisted that I owe them, argued, and hung up on me. No one calls you back when you leave multiple messages or use their preferred text message form of communication. I have sent multiple texts and left vm's to try and cancel and no one has responded.
The classes were great here, I really enjoyed the experience while attending. What I did not enjoy was the "freeze" period with them with no reminder. My account was drafted for services that I won't be able to take advantage of without prior notification of it occurring. I would not recommend the "freeze your account option" because unless you monitor it they will not let you know and will draft your account without prior notification.
