I am a fitness enthusiast who will take HIIT training every day of the week. I had surgery last year which prevented me from doing this kind of exercise. I tried out Pure Barre knowing it wasn't high impact. Honestly speaking I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it, but I was VERY surprised. This is THE place to go for an amazing workout! All the instructors are top notch and the place is beautiful! You definitely have to go and try it out! I’m hooked!
