I am a fitness enthusiast who will take HIIT training every day of the week. I had surgery last year which prevented me from doing this kind of exercise. I tried out Pure Barre knowing it wasn't high impact. Honestly speaking I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it, but I was VERY surprised.
