Martha was a great instructor and offered our book club a private session for our wellness meetup. Talk about lifting, toning and burning! All things barre is meant to be and were. I’m excited to try a few more classes with my unlimited pass I was gifted for attending!

All of the teachers are nice (never condescending) and it truly does feel like a safe space! I love that the classes are challenging (in a good way)
Love the encouragement and the fact that they take the time to learn and remember your name. The workout is challenging and I look fwd to returning each time
