Feedback on Morning Class Experience I was booked for the 8:30am Pure Barre class today and unfortunately arrived about 7 minutes late. The instructor denied me entry and, rather than handling the situation with understanding, was extremely rude and dismissive—essentially telling me to leave. This was particularly upsetting because I had referred a friend to your studio and we were both mortified by the interaction. I have never done barre workout before and I joined Pure Barre Highland Creek in May 2025 since I moved to Charlotte. I love the workout and the community here. It’s life changing. I have never had that much motivation to go to the gym and I have been done barre at this studio 3 to 5 times a week since I joined.
