I enjoy the variety of classes offered by the studio and the times classes are offered. There is an added bonus of availability of more than one studio. Very supportive and friendly staff.
I was only 5 minutes late for my 8:00 class, and I was not allowed to enter. The door was locked, and there was no other staff member available inside to help. I traveled for an hour to get here, and I was delayed because I couldn’t find parking. Since it was my first day, I was very excited and looking forward to the class. I am very disappointed with this experience and feel that the money I paid was wasted. Therefore, I would like to request a refund.
