This is tricky because my experience with each of the pure barre teachers was great. I did a one-month trial and really enjoyed each of the classes. However, I'm giving the studio 2-stars because of my experience with Kimberly due to poor follow-up and communication. I saw a random $20 charge on my credit card statement and had emailed the studio- no response. I then called the studio and was told that they would tell the manager (Kimberly) and that I should be hearing back. I was informed that the charge was for a no-show, ... read more

I had a fantastic experience at Pure Barre! The class with Kimberly was incredibly challenging in the best way — exactly what I was hoping for. The teacher leading the session was amazing; she pushed us to give it our all while still offering great support and encouragement throughout. Her cues were clear, her energy was motivating, and she made sure to provide helpful adjustments when needed. I left feeling strong and sore (in a good way!).
