I had a very disappointing experience with Pure Barre Darien and would not recommend this studio based on how my situation was handled. To be clear, I have really enjoyed the classes themselves. The instructors are good, and the classes are strong. Unfortunately, management missed the mark on customer service in a big way. Love this studio! First off it’s really pretty and I love working out with windows especially in the summer. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy taking class here especially Kimberly’s classes. Pure barre offers something for everyone and is attainable for any level of fitness. I love how I can choose a format based on my goals or how I’m feeling that day. Their Classic classes cannot be matched! Always so challenging. Kimberly probably had the best class that i’ve ever took. My legs were quivering after, she knows how to maintain a positive and motivating environment while pushing you to be your absolute best!
