Workouts are always different and staff is friendly .
I finally found a workout that shows results, never gets easier, and I also really enjoy it! It works perfect with my working-mom schedule.
Warning: Do not trust this business with your credit card. I was a customer for 10 months and cancelled my subscription in person, but they overcharged me for 18 months. Despite promises to refund me, I still haven't received the check after waiting a month. I'm trying to contact the owner to resolve this issue. If I receive my refund, I will update this feedback. Until then, I advise caution when dealing with this business.
