I'm new to Pure Barre. I've been doing it for a few months and it's been amazing how better I feel over all. I like that's it's completely different from any type of exercise class I've done and it targets my core as well as strengthens and targets arms, legs and core muscles. It's been fantastic. I love the teachers. They make me want to keep coming back! They are always energized and always remember my name and are encouraging during class!
