I absolutely love this studio! All of the instructors are kind, professional, and genuinely sweet. Everyone here seems truly happy, which says a lot about how well the studio is run. You can really feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. My favorite place to be since all I do is work and take care of my daughter so this is how I get out of the house! Empower & Define are my favorites! Great way to get in shape and super fun!
