If you are looking for a low impact high intensity small deliberate work out this is the place to be. I've only been attending for 4 weeks now. Each and every instructor shows you the right way to do things from the get go. I had a right shoulder injury from a few months ago- they will give you safe options and you will regain your strength. Very thankful to have found Pure Barre Conroe! The facilities are top-notch, the workouts are intense (but adjustable for different levels) and the instructors bring it all together in an encouraging and uplifting environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is ready to take the next step in their journey!
So grateful I found PBC! Each of the instructors are knowledgeable and so so kind and helpful. Cant go wrong with any of the classes either. Each time I leave the barre, I feel like a better, stronger, more confident version of myself. Quickly becoming my happy place!
