The workouts are great, the staff always creates a culture that’s very positive and forward thinking. The prosper studio is like a second home - I’m always looking forward to going!
Pure Barre offers great workouts! The instructors are awesome, each class is different and continually pushes you to become stronger!
Pure Barre has been such a gift to my life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. The community is so welcoming and supportive, and the workouts have truly transformed my strength, health, and confidence. Each class gives me a much-needed outlet to focus solely on myself, letting go of the stress of the day and re-centering my mind. It’s not just exercise—it’s my time to recharge, feel empowered, and be part of something positive and uplifting.
Really great experience ! Different classes give different body work out and it is medium pace and instructors pay attention to the posture and position!
