Pure barre reminds me that I am strong. I love the discipline, focus, and how it transforms me inside out. After a long day, I reset with pure barre. It resets my mood, my mindset and it makes me proud of myself. I also love the extra stretches from the teachers at the end.
I love pure barre. I’ve been at the Green Bay studio since the beginning. They’ve been there for me through thick and thin; instructing modifications for me after injuries and surgeries. The instructors are the best. They are also the nicest people out there.
I have officially taken the ten classes and could not recommend this place more. All the instructors are so nice and welcoming, and the studio is clean. I have never once felt judged coming into workouts, and even in 7 days, I was able to do a sit-up, which I haven't been able to do in 8 years. I try to get my classes in before work; even at 5am, the instructors are warm and bubbly! It's refreshing. Their little boutique always has the cutest things to offer.
I took a single drop in class when visiting from out of town! This studio is clean and welcoming. The instructor was awesome! I had a great class and perfect workout while traveling.
