The instructors are so amazing and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming
The classes I’ve attended have been challenging, yet extremely rewarding. Instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They were able to help me quickly acclimate as a beginner. Great playlists and diversity of the movements make the classes fly by. Highly recommend!
