Great instructors and welcoming environment!
Horrible first impression. I showed up for my very first Pure Barre class and arrived just one minute past the start time. Instead of showing any courtesy or understanding, they refused to let me in — not even inside the building. I was literally standing outside on the sidewalk, talking to the receptionist through the front door while she told me I couldn’t come in. That’s not customer service — that’s just rude.
