I canceled my membership months ago and am still being charged! I’ve send emails, gone in person, called and every time am reassured the issues is fix and then still get a charge the next month. Criminal!
Beware! If you try to cancel your membership, they say they it is cancelled. But still charge you. They have charged me 4 mos after cancellation. They hold onto your credit card and charge it. They won’t respond to emails, phone calls, and voicemails. Think twice before signing up!
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at a Pure Barre. This is my first class and they charge you $20 for socks if you didn’t bring any, but don’t accept Apple Pay. The teacher said I could borrow some but then they said that’s not an option so I had to leave. The employees at the desk are super unhelpful.
