I have really enjoyed joining Pure Barre! It is a welcoming environment, as someone who hadn't worked out in quite awhile I felt comfortable working to my level without judgement. All the teachers are positive and encouraging. I recently branched out from just doing classic classes and I've loved the variety and different challenge each class type brings!
Amazing instructors and challenging but energizing classes
I paused my membership at this studio, yet they continued to charge me. I’ve called and emailed them countless times trying to get in touch with someone and they’ve completely ignored all my requests. So frustrating.
I canceled my membership months ago and am still being charged! I’ve send emails, gone in person, called and every time am reassured the issues is fix and then still get a charge the next month. Criminal!
