A great low impact exercise with a variety of class types. All of the staff are very welcoming and encouraging.
Pure Barre West Des Moines is such an amazing place to workout! I have been going on and off since the studio opened but consistently after they reopened post-COVID and I can’t imagine a better workout in conjunction with a better atmosphere. The owner and team have created the most empowering, uplifting, challenging workout with a fun environment! If you are unsure of whether you should try it out, give it a chance, I think you will love it!!
