I love Pure Barre! An amazing full body workout with incredible teachers!
I have specifically been at Pure Barre West Des Moines for over 8 years! One of my favorite parts about the workout is the ability to modify the exercises to your needs. The instructors are highly trained and knowledgeable in supporting all clients where they are at. Finally, the staff and members are so welcoming & friendly. I would highly recommend trying PBWDM!

The studio is a perfect place to make friends and build confidence while developing a fit and fun lifestyle! I’m approaching two years and 500 classes - great investment!
