I love coming to Pure Barre Lynwood because the classes challenge me to push myself more than I would independently. The teachers make strong connections with all of the members, and the variety of members make me feel comfortable. Everyone is kind and supportive, and they foster that environment very well at the studio.
The excercise formats are awesome, it’s something unique that I don’t think you can replicate at home or the gym on your own. I really like the coaches and judge free workout space where everyone is just doing their own thing with the coach cheering them on.
The community at barre is literally the best! It’s such a joy whether I’m having a great day or a hard day I get to leave it all in the studio, that release is my favorite part and I don’t even have to think about the workout!
The instructors are encouraging, energetic and supportive. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The music & exercise selections change regularly, keeping me on my toes literally and figuratively. Each and every class really is a good mind-body workout, and a meditative experience to get into the working zone, leaving everything behind and focusing on just me for the hour. I'm worth it! And, I leave feeling stronger and more capable to manage whatever may come my way. 💪🩷🔥
