I have spine issues and all of the instructors take time to help correct form and help me modify whatever works for you and your injuries. I have begun to enjoy working out again after many many years thank you to all the instructors in Northborough all of the ladies are Simply Fantastic!
Pure Barre is amazing! Every class challenges me and leaves me feeling empowered. All the instructors are phenomenal—they guide, motivate, and help you be your best every time.
I love this place. Everyone who works here is so very friendly, welcoming, and patient with the new one in the class. I'm sure all the members are just as friendly and I look forward to meeting them.
One of the biggest strengths of the class is the teachers’ constant support and encouragement. Without them, I could not have done it. The way they call out our names, say “nice job” or “great job,” and offer small words of motivation throughout the class makes a huge difference.
